Reference Assemblies

Some machines have the following directories:

C:\Program Files [(x86)]\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\.NETFramework\v4.0
C:\Program Files [(x86)]\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\.NETFramework\v4.5

These are installed by Visual Studio to assist with the IDE. These assemblies are not present if only the SDK was installed.
